Created in partnership with The Old Curiosity distillery, these new – and rather whimsical – small-batch British spirits come in apothecary rose or lavender flavour. The fragrant flowers used to infuse them are picked from the Edinburgh distillery's own Secret Herb Garden, and the natural distillation process means each gin keeps the properties of the botanicals used. And that's how the magic happens: when tonic is added, each turns from blush gold or pale purple to vibrant pink.
