An expressive dry Riesling with lime and jasmine flower aromas over a rich, tinglingly crisp palate with mineral flourishes.

About this bottle: Lo Abarca lies in a range of pretty hills not far from the Pacific Ocean coast, around 60 miles west of Chile’s capital Santiago. Here, M&S winemaker Jeneve Williams discovered the wines of Maria Marin Luz and her son Felipe Marin at Casa Marin, whose sunny vineyards are cooled by ocean breezes, making them perfect for ripening Riesling grapes with excellent balance.

A fresh dry Chenin displaying classic baked apple and lime aromas over a full, fleshy palate with creamy baked apple and ripe melon flavours.

About this bottle: South Africa’s Paarl region is renowned for the quality of its growing conditions and the potential of the grapes it produces. This Chenin Blanc was made by Boutinot winemaker Marinda Kruger van Eck, who sourced grapes from mature bush vines growing in unirrigated vineyards in the Paarl and Drakenstein areas. The fruit was hand harvested and only gently handled in the winery, helping to capture its aromatic freshness. Miranda aged the wine on its lees to extract extra depth and character.

About this bottle: Grenache Blanc, originally from the South of France and the Rhone, flourishes in warm dry climates meaning it is ideally suited to the South African Cape region.

About this bottle: Winemaking in Valencia stretches back thousands of years. While much younger than that, La Pepica has been pairing the region's wine and food since 1898, serving everyone from royalty to sports stars. Hemingway even described an evening there in his book 'The Dangerous Summer’.

Deep, aromatic and balanced dry white with aromas of Honeysuckle, wild herbs and elderflowers.

About this bottle: This wine is from the premium Soave Classico area of Foscarino hill. The mature vineyards are farmed in a low-impact way that promotes healthy fruit, which winemaker Alessandro Donà honours in the winery with just a touch of oak-ageing to bring out the wines richer, honeyed notes.

A crisp, elegant and complex dry white with flavours of ripe citrus, gooseberries and cut grass.

About this bottle: In the Loire Valley, Sauvignon Blanc is all about elegance, restraint and purity. That's certainly the case with this fine Touraine. The quality here comes from the land the grapes grow on, in this case vineyards between the ancient castles of Châteaux Chambord, de Chenonceau and Amboise.
