Pyrenean Goose Down 10.5 Tog Duvet

Not sure this is a fair review as I haven't actually used it yet - still too warm but I opened it to check it and the cover is very crinkly - think it will be irritating. The duvet it replaces was gorgeous. An M&S Siberian goose down which lasted several years and had a lovely silk cover which was totally silent and very soft. Why change something that worked?

I needed a very lightweight duvet and after researching found this filling to suit my needs. It is expensive but I am hoping it will last. After using it for a week I can say it is light and seems promising. However, now it is warmer I have changed to a lower tog rated duvet so it will probably be stored until the colder months. It rustles/crackles somewhat and some might find this a problem but so far I am happy because lightness was more important to me. Another plus is that it also drapes well, both around the body and on the bed. Quality seems good, the filling is evenly distributed in the pockets and it is washable.

Bought this quilt to replace an old (over 12 years) duck feather quilt also purchased from M&S, I am not disappointed it is very lightwieght, warm and comfortable

This 10.5 tog Goose duvet was bought last August 2015 to replace our 13.5 tog Goose one , purchased several years ago, as it had worn a bit thin . It is soft as silk with a lightweight and luxurious feel due to the higher thread count cover fabric.Warm enough too. First rate quality, perfect for a good night's sleep. Expensive , but I was able to purchase with 20% off , and use some reward vouchers towards it as well. They are straightforward to use online . Worth the investment most definitely.

The duvet is very light but warm. The cotton cover russels a bit. It seems expensive but good value for money if bought when there are offers. Am glad I swapped it for my rather heavy previous duvet.

I bought this to replace the 100% goose down duvet that I got from M&S 12 years ago and its well worth the investment. I use the same one year round and am never too hot or too cold, whatever the weather.

A lovely warm cosy duvet. Was replacing another goose down duvet and this is of excellent quality and very light. Maybe slightly too warm for just now but will be perfect for the winter months. Yes it crackles but that's something that only the most sensitive would find hard to get used to.

Does the job it's paid to do. Peaceful nights sleep.

My Mother is 95 years old so her circulation is not too good, she does not like heavy duvets, so the 10.5 tog was a great way to keep everything light but so cosy and warm.
