BUT I hate the facing/ textured braid that has been used opposite the button holes, and it makes the cardigan look cheap when it is open. Also it is a very short cut for a cardigan with pockets so overall a bit of a disappointment. And will have to return it.

Everyone is taken Smart wool cardigan I found this cardigan very useful. It’s well made, fine merino wool and an excellent fit. I liked it so much I bought a black and a navy one. I wear them with a merino short sleeved jumper underneath.

MD84 Easy to wear and smart cardigan Really like the merino items at M&S, they wash well and even though a thin layer give some warmth. The cardigan is slightly thinner than previous merino cardigans as are the jumpers which is a shame and shorter in the body.
