Pure Cotton Striped Combat Cropped Trousers

I liked the unusual design and comfort of these trousers but wasn't sure if they suited me so returned them. I ordered a 14 but they felt too big.

If you want something a little different than these are the pants. So comfy, true to size. Great for holidays.

Really like these trousers despite the amazing size differences when trying on - tried on 18 short which were massive on legs & waist but really tight over calves. Tried size 16 - far too small, so tried other size 18's short, regular & long - no consistency in waist or leg width with any of the 6 pairs of size 18 that I tried on at all, except most too tight on calf seam to make them a proper cropped trouser. Have found a pair that I will manage with as I really like the style as an alternative to jeans (which I live in!) & they are really comfy.

Really pleased with the trousers. lovely fabric and a little bit funky. Shall be wearing them with vest tops and flipflops. I bought them in cream which has a fine red stripe running through the material. Much nicer in real life. My usual size fitted me perfectly. Would have bought the blue version too if had been in stock!

I wear size 18 jeans and linen trousers from M&S all the time but these were only in store in a 20 so I thought I would try them- BIG mistake. They were so small that I could only just get them over my knees. The fabric was great but that's all.

I love the new addition to my wardrobe. So versatile dress them up or keep them casual. Very comfortable for something so stylish.

I'm on holiday for a few days and these have proved to be a great, practical buy. They are a good fit for me, (I'm 5' 11") were slightly snug when first on, but have stretched out slightly and fit perfectly. I've put weight on recently, and am feeling pretty overweight at size 18, but the navy stripe is flattering and with careful matching with a top, I'm looking good. It's quite warm, in the high 20s and the trousers are cool enough. I'm hoping they will soften up a bit after washing. I think I'm going to buy the other colourway too.

My trousers arrived minus the belt and appeared to be big in size. I'm a 10 and possibly if the belt was with the trousers I could have kept them. Without the belt I would have needed a size 8 which is out of stock. Size 10 also now out of stock so they will need to be returned. Very disappointed as I liked the look of these trousers.

My trouser size if a relaxed style is 18. these trousers required the next size up. The waist then fitted, however around the bottom and thighs it was very baggy, making me look very big around the middle. The bottom cuff hugged the shins which would be fine when walking but you need to adjust every time you wish to sit down. The stitching was not to the standard I have come to expect of M&S. Note to M&S this years quality control Is very disappointing, the styles of most of your ranges look very exciting and tempting but cloth and stitching does not match expectation.
