Excellent style and quality. Unfortunatley the sleeves on this shirt were far too long for my (normal arm length) husband. He needs size 18.5 collar size and it seems all the shirts manufactured for this neck assume the man has extra long arms. Ridiculously long actually. Very disappointed, even the made to measure facility for shirts does not allow for the sleeve length to be changed.

A nice shirt washes well and seems to stay white, fairly easy to iron ( usefull on board ship :-) where said facilitys are limited ) . Yes it's a tad thin but this has I feel been over stated! Most dress shirts are on the thin side they need to be you wear them in hot and stuffy rooms mosty restaurants and dance floors. I would have preferred a slim fitting but M & S only seem to do those in wing collers which I dislike. The offer of both would be good .

Smart looking shirt for formal evening wear, with narrow vertical pleats and buttons completely hidden by a placket. I haven't yet had the opportunity to test its stain defence properties as I managed to get all the way through a formal dinner without any 'campaign medals', but it is a comfortable fit, and neither my wife nor I noticed any hint of 'transparency' as alluded to in some other reviews. I would thoroughly recommend this shirt

My husband purchased this shirt to wear at our son's wedding and he looked very elegant in it. He said it was comfortable to wear without feeling restricted. There was a minor spillage of wine onto the cuff which just glided off due to the stain defence fabric.

i have bought shirts from M&S for 55 years with complete satisfaction but this is without a doubt the worst shirt I have ever had. There was far too much material in it and the arms were too long. A "one size fits all" disaster. I bought two perfect fits in the Collectione range last month so it is not me. The good news is that I sort of packaged it up to the best of my abiltty and took it back to a delightful shop assistant in the Morpeth branch and got a full refund without fuss. Good old M&S

Shirt material is extremely thin and shows your skin through it. You need to either keep your jacket on or wear a vest underneath. I wouldn't have kept it unless I needed it urgently for a party. Very dissapointed considering the cost. It is a shame as the design and fit are excellent.

Terrible quality for the price, the material is virtually see through. I tried this on before going to a work do and was surprised at how poor this product is. I have had a few shirts from M&S that have been similar quality and think they are really compromising on their previously trustworthy brand. Avoid this product at all cost, might as well not wear a shirt!
