Post Surgery Non-Wired Sports Balcony Bra A-D

I have purchased a number of this particular post operative sports bra since I had a mastectomy last summer, which shows how pleased I have been with this bra. It is very comfortable, a perfect fit and just what I need for all the tennis, running, pilates and yoga I regularly enjoy doing. It is also a reasonably priced. I am, however, very disappointed that M&S have discontinued selling it. There are very few post operative sports bras on the market which I find extraordinary as having a mastectomy does not stop you from doing sport. So I just hope M&S will soon bring out another post operative sports bra which is as good (or possibly better) than this particular model.

I must have bought about 20 post surgery bras and this is the best and the cheapest! Most m&S post surgery bras have seams that are too rough and the gap in the bottom of the pocket always rubs in a place you are most likely to have had surgery! This bra doesn't rub, provides good compression and shape and doesn't move! Great!! It was also bargain basement!!

Difficult to find suitable post surgery sports bras, but this happens to fit the bill nicely. Thanks M&S.

The post surgery bra is very comfortable but I am dissapointed that they only colour in stock is black and that the size range is so Poor.

This bra was a perfect fit fit and very comfortable to wear - once I managed to get into it! To get into this you would need to be a contortionist or have someone available to 'strap you in' ! I was ready to return it but luckily discovered that the straps could be worn NOT crossed over after changing them over on their hooks. Phew!

Good fit for sports bra to wear to gym

This is a great bra. It offers great support and really lifts both me and my prosthesis. Well done M&S. I have been wearing post surgery bras for 16 years and all my bras come from you now after years and years of buying others. Keep up a good range and especially plain fronted bras that look good under t shirts. I would like to see more bras in 34F. I nearly always buy in 36D as the best alternative but today you seem to be out of stock of any bra I want.

I am not wearing this for sport, but have lots of active gardening to do, so in the past have found sports type bras more comfortable. Having measured myself, I was surprised to find the band was so tight, I had to get a bra extender (but I do still have some post op swelling).* Otherwise, the fit was good. The cups are nice and comfortably smooth, but can't comment on use with prosthetics, as my op. was not mastectomy. When I reach forward, the edge of the cup just touches the end of my underarm scar, but this will vary with the individual, and is not causing me too much bother now. *Suggest M&S automatically offer packs of bra extenders to customers looking at post-surgery bras. I was unaware M&S had them, until after my purchase.

Great! A firm, secure sports bra that copes well with the weight of a prosthesis. Cross back straps are kinder on the shoulders too.

Post surgery sports bras at a reasonable price are a rarity and this fits the bill.
