Open Front Colour Block Longline Cardigan

Unfortunately this is going straight back. The quality is absolutely awful - not at all up to M & S standard I am so disappointed as it looks great on the website and the style was just what I was looking for. Would welcome any thoughts/comments from customer services?

You definitely need to go up one size. I almost didn't buy it because of the other reviews but it was so nice I sized up and took a chance. It is really lovely warm material, hangs beautifully on me (5ft 8") and looks very smart and elegant.

Ordered online. I like the colour and flecked yarn of this cardigan but I will not be keeping it for the following reasons: Very thick knit for this open front, no fasten style and so it tends to hang stiffly rather than drape and looks unflatteringly shapeless (Hence the model in the video adding a belt I guess!) Side seam pockets look ok when you have your hands in them but look awful otherwise, gaping open and giving a lumpy look to the side seams. I am quite tall and slim but this cardigan makes me feel rather short and fat. Disappointing.

yes I am disappointed with this item I was looking forward to receiving it BUT the sizing, I take a 10 so ordered a 12 should have ordered a 16 them it might have fitted I could not get my very thin arms in with an cashmilon jumper on. And to add insult to injury this cardigan which is not cheap arrived without a plastic bag!!! to keep it clean, so sent back
