Love it warm and comfortable suits what I need it for

Great coat, is exactly as advertised water proof, wind proof really comfortable- i love it al much I bought 2!

Was given as a Christmas gift and am over the moon. It's a generous size and so comfortable. Best present ever.

I notice immediately that the elastic inside the coat can't be used as the toggles don't work. Then after a week of wear the seams have started to unravel.

This is an excellent coat and looks really good on. It is very heavy and extremely warm. I ordered a size larger than normal because I knew i would be wearing thick jumpers underneath so it's very roomy. The only slight negative that I have is that the hood is not removable. Would definitely recommend this.

Bought as a gift for my daughter, she absolutely loves it.

Overall I am quite pleased with this coat. Pros: Very warm and waterproof (kept me warm and dry in the recent storm); Loads of really good pockets (an internal zip-up pocket and internal phone pocket, plus two zip-up external pockets lined with fleece and at exactly the right level and angle for me to keep my hands warm). Cons: the external pockets are not waterproof (a packet of mints was reduced to a packet of minty paste...); it is much longer than I expected - I am 5'3" and it comes down to my knees,whereas the photos made me expect it to be mid thigh, and the length means I cannot stride along with it done up (I have a horse and young golden retriever to keep up with) and have to unzip it from the bottom; the hood is enormous and I haven't found a way to adjust it - it means I have to choose between keeping dry and seeing where I am going.

I'm 5 ft 2, size 18-20 and pear-shape. I bought size 20. The fit is good, not too snug, over my hips. As I would expect for my shape, the fit is fairly generous over my bust. It is a good length - more of a coat on me because I am short, it reaches to my knees. I love the style of the jacket; I wanted to steer away from parkas or padded coats, and I find the smooth line of this jacket more flattering. The jacket is warm and windproof. It is well designed, with sensible details such as a snug fitting hood that stays up when fastened, a robust hanging loop, and two inside pockets - one with a zip. I'm delighted with my Marron Jacket, and the brown colour is a welcome change for me.
