No, I don't recommend this
The shoes aren't slip-on! They are lace-ups but were a little large. A size 8 1/2 would probably have fit better but weren't available.

I've had Hush Puppies before and the insole comes loose and is poorly padded. These are very well padded and feel secure. Good looking shoe for travel and holidays.
