Leather Loafers

Bought for work so many compliments x so smart & comfortable

I bought size 7 for home delivery, arrived promptly, BUT sole coming of the shoe due to thread was not being sewn in... Now, how can QC not see this and why do I always get the feeling that I'm getting second best / returned item through home delivery M&S? Sizing is smaller also by half, not sure about customer retention ratio to last.

Difficult to get on. Turned out to be too small. Maybe they were sized incorrectly.

Lovely expensive looking shoe but I had to return because I wanted patent leather.

The shoes are beautiful to look at, but I have had to purchase padded heel grips for 2 reasons. Firstly, the interior overlap where stitched around the heel feels very course and although the shoes are a standard fit, both feet slip up and down. I may still need to wear thicker blacker tights!

I have worn size 5 M and S shoes for over 40 years. I had to order these online as nothing similar in the store. They were very narrow, so ordered a 5 and a half. One of the shoes fits well but the other one has 2 insoles in it, so that I can keep it on. For the price I am disappointed. Hope the loose shoe doesnt get any looser, or I wont be able to wear them at all.

True to size (I’m 5 to 5.5 and kept the 5.5) and comfortable. Great with jeans, with no socks or thick socks, perfect for Autumn/winter. Also have proper soles which can be re-heeled, a must for me as I walk a lot! Wish footbed was leather though.

Am looking forward to adding these shoes to my wardrobe

Great shoes. Comfortable, true fit and fantastic with jeans or smart with a skirt and black tights.
