Cannot rely on M and S sizing now

I would have loved to have these shoes but I fortunately I’m an old m and s size 8 which is a European 42. The companies they do business with have skimped on material and is trying to convince us that an 8 is a 41. So disappointing as I loved to buy form them and could ALWAYS rely on them being the true size.
