Leather Hiker Lace Up Boots with Stormwear™

Wide fit, comfortable and seems to be well made. Yet to try the waterproofing. Only niggle is that the top two lace eyelets are fully closed so that the lace cannot be easily released. This makes it difficult to get the boots on and off as the laces have to be eased back through these and lower eyelets to allow slack. It would be much easier to get on/off if the top eyelets were open (like hooks) so that the laces could be fully released at the higher level. This is a common feature on most other boots and should be adopted

I bought these a year ago and they are waterproof and comfortable. they have worn reasonably well although the laces both broke within three months and had to be replaced. Whilst reasonably good quality they looked old after wearing them for 6 - 8 weeks. I would buy them again if they were £45 but feel that they are too expensive for what they are. They have gone up over 9% since last Xmas which I don't think can be justified.

These are very comfortable boots and fit very well. The laces bite nicely and don't come undone. There is good support around the ankle as well. Would definitely recommend them.

Ordered these for my husband, not impressed with the quality, they state they are leather but seem more plastic like. I had to cut off bits of thread that had not been finished properly. He said they fit well. I do not think they are value for money.

The shoes arrived quickly, were a good fit and look well-made. So much easier than trailing round shops.
