Specially selected by the Best of British team for Marks and Spencer, this classic British, Royal Stewart check scarf has been updated in modern colours; and woven in a new, thicker weave in lambswool by Abraham Moon & Sons in Guiseley, West Yorkshire. Abraham Moon & Sons were founded in the very same year Queen Victoria ascended to the British throne, 1837. For the last 179 years, bales of raw wool have been arriving at the mill's doorstep to begin the process of creating beautiful fabrics. They are now one of Great Britain's last remaining vertical woollen mills, meaning that they are among a select few who continue to complete all processes on one site.
