Wonderfull surprise!
I was going to a wedding and was desperately looking for some shoes that would fit rest of the ensemble.
I am not a fancy girl, who wear heals every day, so when I found this pair, that had perfect shape, colour and size - I was grateful!
I didn't even assumed that they would be comfortable! C'mon! It's heals! Brand new, unworn heals, worn first time for a wedding, lasting all night.
I was expecting at least a little bleeding before 11, midnight tops!
At 3 I was still dancing! Next day my feet where in perfect shape!!! That has never happened to me before!
This is by far the most comfortable pair of heals I ever bought and wore!

So Comfortable
I had a pair in Black bought for me some weeks ago by my wife and instantly loved wearing them, the insolia design is brilliant, giving super comfort to the feet and support to the ankles making them so comfortable to wear all day long. The heel height is perfect making the legs look long and sleek, especially when worn with M&S glossy stockings. The wife and her mum liked the look so much that mum has now bought me a pair in the Taupe colour which compliments so many of my M&S dresses and skirts. At £25 they are brilliant value for money.

Always the best.
I buy both the caramel and black patent stilettos to wear both to work and with evening outfits. They're always true to size (I'm an 8 so it's often difficult to find shoes that fit well and look nice) they fit perfectly and are always the shoe I go for. This is the third pair if bought as I wear them to death! They're not pricey either!!

Different Fit
I have been buying the nude and black of this shoe for the last 4-5 years, a couple of pairs each year. The last pair I bought in August ( and two more in December) is different from the rest, it has a narrower front and is no longer comfortable. I wore it for one day this week and I can barely walk now for the pain in the ball of my left foot.
I now have 3 pairs of brand new shoes that I will not be able to wear. (I don't live in the UK so I usually buy them when I visit and also get friends to bring them for me) Very disappointed!

An excellent shoe with a limited shelf life!
I buy a pair of these every 3 months to wear for work. They mark quite easily due to the patent finish. However they are incredibly comfortable and I always receive complements - I wear every day to teach in and am therefore constantly on my feet! No-one can believe it is a M & S shoe and as a young female it's nice to be confident in the product! Heel is really easy to replace, but I buy new each time simply due to additional wear and tear on finish.

Savior of Small Feet!
I have a terrible time trying to find true size 3's/36 as many retailers starting stocking size 36 as a 3.5 a few years ago. M&S size 3's fit me like a dream in all their shoes.
I order these in black and nude on repeat as they are perfect for work, they look great, give me the height I want and the Insolia does make a difference to tried feet at the end of the day.
Please never change your sizing or stop making this style or I'll be living in flip flops!

Beautiful shoe, though tight fight....
I picked these shoes up for a night out assuming they would fit from previous purchases of size 8 shoes at M&S: unfortunately however, they were just too tight and I had to return them, which was a shame since they really are beautiful shoes. Would be delighted if they made these in wide fit option: there is a similar wide fit option at M&S but it's mid-heel. These shoes would be perfect if also offered in wide fit.
I'd recommend trying on in store before purchasing...
