Rated 3 out of 5 by from New cozy boots Lovely cozy slipper boots Only gave 3 stars as the Pom poms fell off after couple of wears ( no problem doesn’t actually need them)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not impressed I bought these slippers after trying them on in store. The reason I liked them is because they felt very soft and furry inside. Within 7 days the pom-poms had fallen off one of the slippers. Within 6 weeks the fur inside became very flat and this made the slippers feel too big and they no longer provided the warmth the did when new. I am very disappointed with this product as most things I buy from Marks & Spencer is usually very good quality. Considering the £20 pricetag expected a lot more considering I have had much cheaper slippers in the past have been more durable & comfortable for much longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very stylish and snuggly I love these slippers so much so I bought a pair for my sister for her birthday. They are well made, warm, comfy and they also look good. They are a generous fit but as they are slippers I don’t overly mind. I don’t really have any criticisms only minor points the design of the fabric means it does snag and also I think the option for different colours might be nice. They are slightly pricey at £19.50 which may put some people off but they are well structured and designed. When you buy cheaper slippers they go floppy, they start to smell and they fall apart, I have had mine 3 months and they still look good. I am even considering investing a second pair as a spare. When you consider how much you will wear them the cost does balance out, if you can it’s worth treating yourself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So cosy wasn't sure when I bought them but they are so cosy that they have quickly become my must find to put on when I get home at night.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not too sure they’d last the winter out I’d ordered 3 different slipper boots as size can be a lottery with M&S these days These boots were at first my first choice but then I checked the lining iIt was very thin and looked like it’s be flat in no time and the knitted outer looked as if it might rub up quickly so I discounted them for tatty teddy with a good thick lining and an already rubbed up tatty exterior which looked like they’d stand all my extreme slipper wear that they’d be exposed to over the winter months

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Snuggle without support They’re exactly what they look like - snuggly. However I would caution anyone who needs a supportive shoe or slipper as these do not provide that. Otherwise, cosy and warm. I tend to buy half to one size smaller in slippers than my shoe size, as I did with these, and the fit was just right.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Still not the slippers I want Please, please, please bring back the secret support slipper boots! I have ankle problems and these soft woolly ones just aren't any good compared to the old ones. I got these to replace another style which were too small and had a jaggy bit inside. These have a prickly bit in the same place, though not as bad. At least these aren't as tiny as the others, though a bit short and wide.. They're ok, but they might go back and I'll wear my old secret support ones until they fall apart and M&S see sense and restock them!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not enough support in the sole for me Warm and very cute boots but lack support and structure. My feet swim around in these boots which is unusual because I have a high instep. There is no secret support which means my feet are uncomfortable in these slipper boots. I was disappointed because generally the reviews are good. I have had to pass these on to a friend and order alternatives with secret support.
