Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hiking boots I was very undecided whether to keep these or not . Yes they’re a lovely boot and key in nicely to The hiking boots trend . I did size up as others suggested but now I’m thinking that was a bad idea as having decided to keep them and worn them once this morning they have stretched a lot . So much that they’re now too big . It’s width they’re short of not length. Now the width has given they’re enormous on me so narrow footed people don’t size up because they are the right length. Wider footed folks prepare to need an insole once they give . With hindsight I’d definitely go for my usual size. They are really comfy and look durable so I’ll wear them for dog walks rather than fashion use . An expensive error though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Winter favourites Having read earlier reviews before ordering I ordered my normal size and a half size up in these boots. I am a 4 normally and I have reasonably wide feet. I tried these with thick socks as I will wear them with thick socks through winter.......THEY WERE PERFECT in my normal size. So comfy and very well made. I didn’t find the boots heavy as someone else had commented - I felt they were a normal weight for a boot. Good styling and a great quality boot at a very reasonable price. Love that marks and spencer do their shoes I half sizes - it really caters for every one with feet of all shapes and sizes. Well done M&S!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely boots but a very narrow fit I bought these in both 6 and 6 1/2. I am normally a wide fit 6 but often wear standard width shoes, with a little breaking in. These boots are really quite narrow, even the 6 1/2 was a real squeeze to get my foot it and as the leather is so sturdy (what you want from a boot like this) it was just too uncomfortable for me to wear and attempt to break in. I am sure the daintier-footed among you will find these boots perfect and I suspect last many years. Sadly, returned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great boots Saw these and ordered straight away I have been wanting a pair ever since Holly did I’m a celebrity. The ones she wore are upwards of £350 and while they are gorgeous I couldn’t bring myself to pay so much. Then M&S brought these out and I defy anyone to tell the difference. The quality is superb and although a hiking style boot there quite neat looking. I’m usually a 7 in M&S boots but thought I would get a 7.5 glad I did as there actually a little on the small size. However once I’ve worn them a bit I’m sure they will loosen up as the leather is great quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just like Grenson's but at a fraction of the price These are lovely stylish boots. Well made and feel like they'll stand the test of time. Very similar to Grenson boots that retail at just under £300. These boots look much more expensive than £59, which for leather boots is a really good price point. I have quite narrow feet so these fit perfectly with room for a thick socks for winter. There is also a side zip so no need to lace up every time you put them on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these boots! These boots are amazing. Really comfy and look great. I’m normally a 6 in most brands and the 6 fits me fine, even though I’m usually a 5.5 in M&S shoes, so I think they fit slightly smaller than other M&S sizes. The leather feels good quality and they feel really well made. The side zip plus lace fastenings means you can adjust and tighten them to suit your feet and ankles. Excellent value, I’m really enjoying wearing them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these boots I decided to buy a pair of these boots after seeing them online i use to always wear DR Martins or Riders when i was younger but had taken to wearing trainers most of the time, read reviews so had a voucher & money off so i went for it i went up a size as the reviews suggested that they were right the quality and style are perfect look like a more expensive brand perfect with dresses, jeggings shorts the list is endless

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stylish and comfortable boots I got these after realising I would never part with £280 for the grenson nanette boots and these boots are pretty much the exact same and a fraction of the price! I contemplated going up a size after reading the reviews and tried on the 6 but they were too big so I went with a 5.5 as I have quite wide feet. They fit me great with plenty room and having now broken them in, can say that they definitely stretch so unless you have wide feet I’d stick with your usual size. Only complaint is the tongue in both boots doesn’t stay put in the middle and veers off to one side but it’s not enough of a nuisance to make me return these fab boots. For once I’ve been sensible and not gone for my usual suede boots which get ruined in the Scottish winter!
