Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rubbed a hole in my chest! I bought this bra after seeing it highly recommended. I liked the design and the front fastening was a novel idea. It is a little hard to get on, as the zip isn't that easy to do up. I wore it on a run and for the first few miles it was fine, there was little to no bounce. However, after about 4 miles I realised that it was chafing quite badly where the flap of material behind the zip sits against the chest. By the time I finished the run, I had a large and painful welt which was very painful in the shower and has taken some time to heal. A clear design flaw!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but the band is tight I bought this to wear after surgery and it has been serving me well however it takes 2-3 people to be able to do it up. The waist band makes the zip really stiff as it’s so tight. That being said I would definitely recommend this as the material is breathable, comfortable and it really does hold everything in place however maybe go up a size or 2 on the band (I purchased one size bigger than what I normally would for the band and it’s still tight) but the cup size is a good fit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comes up Small I have had one of these since 2016 (in a different colour and it was when I was bigger ie 32G. When I ordered the first one, it would not go anywhere near me and I gave it to a friend who is 32DD. ~It wasn't so much the cup size as the width of the bra.I ended up buying a 36E which I took a gamble on - and hey presto, it fits like a dream.... Fast forward and I am now much smaller but here is the thing... The 36 E still fits like a dream. I can get it fastened easily, it provides great support whilst cycling so I have just ordered another in a 36E and hope that the sizing has not changed. My bra size is now 32DD /E. So if you try this definitely order a chest (or two) sizes up reducing the cup size you would normally buy. Don't worry about the support with the bigger chest size, mine is perfect and I usually only wear the brand that Absorbs Shock if you get my drift!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh sports bra I was looking for a front fastening bra, not for high impact necessarily, but for easier getting on and off because I want to wear sports tops with the racer back, eg for pilates. I have kept this, but have a few issues, its very difficult to initially operate the zip, because it doesn't want to stay closed, and once its up the zip digs in a bit at the bottom when you bend over. Also, unlike the white one, it has two fabric seams up the front of the cup, which show through under thin sports tops.Unfortunately I didn't realise this till I'd pulled the labels off, otherwise it would have gone back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Excellent bras but cut under the zip. I have always bought sports bras from M&S and have always found them excellent. I purchased two of these bras and they fit really well, except for the material at the bottom of the zip which is designed to stop the zip rubbing on your skin. The edge of this piece of fabric is really sharp and on both bras when I have worn them has chafed and cut though my skin. Despite wearing them both several times and washing them (maybe that would soften the edge), the fabric still cuts through my skin and has left a nasty sore mark. The bras are not too tight and fit well - just the sharpness of this piece of fabric means I cannot wear them. Unfortunately I will be taking these back to the store and swapping them for a different style :-(

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So painful Nice looking bra, but the lower end of the zip digs into the skin, that I had to stop my run to find out, that I am actually bleeding. Looking at it back home, the fabric below the zip hardly covers it, and when running the zip rubs against the skin. As I am living abroad, I cannot return it, I am using it now with some extra padding, but it is not what I had expected.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cut and bleeding... Like a few of the other runners who have reviewed this bra, I'm gutted that the new design is so poor, after buying (and relying) on only the previous design of this bra style for years. I definitely had the right size (tried in store), but... After a long length run (about 1hour 30mins), I have a perfect V shaped cut on my sternum that matches the lower edge of the "scuba" type fabric that M&S are now using for the zip guard. Like other users, I tried to wash it to soften the edge, but to no avail, the V shaped cut just deepened on the next run. Really disappointed, and will not be buying M&S sports bras until (or if) they revert to the original sewn panel for the zip guard. Other than that, the cup shape is conical, so was baggy over the nipple, which I could have put up with if that was the only issue. A big shame they've moved away from the old design

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Bought a 34B. Post lumpectomy I wanted something firm, but very, very comfortable for getting back into exercise. I never want to take this bra off! It did take me 2 or 3 goes to do up the zip and I thought I’d got the wrong size to start with, but once on it fitted perfectly. All edges are lovely and soft unlike my other branded sports bras. I tried the 36B just to see if it made a difference to doing it up, it did, but the top of the bra bagged slightly and didn’t feel as firm or as smooth a fit. Have been wearing for 3 hours now and still very comfortable unlike some bras that you can’t wait to take off when you get home!
