Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have bought this style of slipper from M&S for several years and my biggest bugbear is that they keep changing the design. The first year I bought them they had an opening flap on the side fastened by a toggle which made the slipper easy to get one. The next year they had a button and the opening flap on the side was stitched down - that was okay because I just unpicked the stitches and fastened the button when I'd put them on. This year there is no flap on the side and I can't get them on. So I will be returning them, which is a great shame because these slippers are so comfortable that I usually buy two pairs and live in them until they fall apart.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fell to bits! I received these slippers in grey for Christmas 2018. They look good but the sizing came up quite small however the next size up was far too big so I decided to keep them. Within a couple of months, on both slippers, they began to show severe signs of wear where the sole meets the upper. A few weeks later, the sole on the left foot came away completely so they were consigned to the bin. By now it was too late to take them back as no receipt was available. I most certainly will not buy this style of slipper again from Marks. A shame, the quality was not at all what I expect from M&S.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fell apart in 3 months I bought these in Sept and by Dec the sole had started coming apart from the upper. Very poor quality compared to my previous slipper boots from M&S which lasted over 2yrs. The boots also come up pretty tight when first purchased - they are hard to get on as there's no "give" in the ankle section. Once on, they fit fairly snug, though not small enough to want to return, and the upper material stretched to be quite comfy after a couple of weeks. However the quality of manufacture is a vast difference to previous versions, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them. Seems like M&S quality is not the same we used to expect a few years ago.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfy, but come up very small Good in every way except for the size being much too small. I usually take a size 5½ or 6 in shoes when I'm wearing socks, but had to order a size 7 in these slipper boots in order to wear them with socks. And even with bare feet the size 7 is still not too big for me. So ladies, if you are ordering, you might well consider ordering a size up from what you normally wear. Apart from the sizing issue they're great. Very comfortable, memory foam insole, furry lining, machine washable, quite strong sole, so good for popping out to the recycling bin etc. Look great with leggings. But the sizing is a real issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality Very much disappointed with these. I've had several pairs of M&S boot slippers of a similar style and was always happy with them. These were purchased for me by my husband when my last pair wore out (after a couple of years use). These however are most certainly not worth the money, the sole is now made with a much more flimsy material, despite charging the same price. After only 2 months one of the sole edges developed a split. Now after only 3-4 months the split is so bad they are destined for the bin.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Purple boot slippers I bought these slippers early this year. I am sooo disappointed. They have split around the toe area with the under layer protruding on both left and right. I have had very little wear out of them as wore different slippers during the summer. My friend has had exactly the same experience. These are really poor quality and would not purchase them again. I definitely would not recommend I bought size 5 and usually4’and a half.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely but... I bought these last year and they're very comfortable however considering they only get worn after work and for a couple of the coldest months, they've not lasted long at all. I fully intended to find a cheaper alternative but they were cheap for a reason and I ended up buying another pair of these. As other buyers have noted, they come up much smaller. I've had an 8 rather than last year's 7 and they still feel a bit small but I'm sure they'll stretch. At least they're reinforced at the heel so they have a bit of support in them which stops my foot rolling over. They look very nice too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the colour Third pair of slipper boots and although my usual size 7 they are really small. Didn’t occur to me to try them on in store but wish I had. I have been wearing them all evening (my feet are always cold!) and will keep them. Shouldn’t need an 8 as my feet are 6 and 6.5! My last pair are the Ugg boot type ones and are drying! As they cannot be tumble dried unless it’s a hot sunny day they take a while to dry right through. Certainly can’t just slip the new ones on as having a very high instep I had to sit down and pull which I haven’t had to do before. Seems M&S odd sizing has now extended into footwear making online ordering more hazardous. Pity.
