Hook fastening could lead to severe malfunction!
This bra on first glance and trying on seemed absolutely perfect, and excellent value for money. You know there is a but coming....
However I dislike the unhookable hook at the back of each strap which seems to twist to the end, therefore giving me panic attacks that I could have a severe malfunction in the middle of a class! I have even thought of closing the metal with a pair of pliers!!!!! I appreciate that some customers may like a strap that can be crossed at the back racer style but I did not notice this on the packaging else I may not have purchased this particular style. Also please~ natural colours M&S would be nice!

Running bras
Much more practical than their rival alternative Shock Absorbers which nowadays have that dumb strap across the back which is a two person job to undo (or is that just me?), and also much cheaper. Having said that, I think these would - just about - count as suitable for high impact for a small bust like mine, but no way for my more generously endowed running friend. Also, annoying that if you ever want anything in Marks in black size 10 you can bet your bottom dollar that it'll be out of stock. Same issue with these: I'm the most popular size in Britain so these were obviously not available on 3 visits to the store which I made before succumbing to having to pay out for delivery.

Sports bras
I haven't had these long enough to know how they will be when wearing for extended periods and for any particular sport (I do a few). My star ratings are based on trying them on. They seem very comfortable and the fabric has a nice feel. The straps are comfortable and the fit accross the back seems good.
But M&S, when you do twin packs PLEASE could you do them in the same colour? And PLEASE in natural/skintone. I bought these for sport and for the comfort but don't actually like black or white underwear. I'm VERY disappointed that I couldn't get them in natural. Natual appears on your website!

Perfectly comfortable
I have been searching for a comfortable sports bra, that I don't want to rip off the moment I finish exercising and I have found it. The band stays smooth on the rib cage and there are no irritating scratchy bits.The cut under the arm is right for me. I use this bra for Yoga, but I think I might try the white one for work as well, I will see how I feel after a 12 hour shift!
I got fitted at M&S when I was in the UK, last year. I was a 32 F or G I took a chance and ordered the F and fortunately it was the right size. Very happy especially as the postage to Australia was free.

Not for me, unfortunately
I sent for these bras as I was looking for some very supportive, but also very comfortable bras for the gym and everyday use. I normally always wear underwired bras, but thought that I'd try the non-wired ones to see if they were more comfortable, and also because they are sold in a black./white combination, whereas their underwired equivalents come as a set of two white bras (totally impractical!). Unfortunately on my figure (38F) the underband rolled up after only a few minutes wear and I could then remember why I never normally buy non-wired bras! I have sadly had to replace these two bras with the underwired, 2 x white multipack equivalents. Come on, M & S, make more sports bras in black!

Good value, but small
I bought these bras on-line after having been just measured in-store and after buying a similar high impact sports bra from M & S. However, after collecting them and trying them on when I got home, I was surprised to discover they felt very tight. I decided to measure them against the single bra I had recently purchased and not yet worn and discovered that they were significantly smaller around the band. My advice would be to take your usual size and that of one larger to try on. Other than the inconsistency in sizing, they are comfortable, supportive and excellent value.

Not for me
I have returned these sport Bras, i ordered them because the two pack at that price was so tempting, however they were not for me. The sizing i would say, is fairly accurate and i'm sure they would be secure when exercising but i didn't like the shape, they gave me an old fashioned 'pointy' shape which i don't like under Lycra. I still haven't got over M&S discontinuing their padded non wired sports bra, the padding prevents any immodesty under Lycra and as a gym instructor i need to feel secure and confident. Please M&S bring back the padded non wired Sports Bra.

Excellent buy
I was cagey about buying these bras as I read some mixed reviews on the M&S website. However, realising that I couldn't find much other choice anywhere else, I decided to take the plunge and purchase anyway and I've been really pleased. I am only a small size but they fitted well and have been really comfy and I will probably buy some more. I do a lot of distance running and I didn't encounter any problems with rolling up that others described and these are nearly the best running bras I have ever bought. I'm glad I disregarded the negative reviews on here.
