Do NOT buy
Bought these at the start of the year. Really comfortable....KEEP READING! Then the straps started popping out and what appears to be every given opportunity. Maybe I was working them too hard! Then one of the straps clips on the black one, bent so much it was hanging on for its life. Subsequently broke. But they were comfy and I still had the white one right.... nope it lasted a couple of months more. But alas it has now gone to join its partner as the clip on the strap broke. It’s a shame as they are comfy but the quality is very very poor.
Not what I expect from m&s. Can I give a minus star rating ?
Not just a bra, an m&s waste of money, rubbish quality, let you down bra.

Poor choice- Hook snapped on first try
I bought this as I've taken up running during lock down. However, the picture was a little misleading. I thought that I was getting a cross back bra, It turns out the straps are adjustable and you can convert it into a cross back.
I tried the black and grey one and the hook for the strap snapped. I then tried the white one to try on the fit, and the same happened with the white one.. (wierdly on the same side as well)
Going through the reviews, there is clearly some sort of manufacturing issue going on because this seems to be a common issue.

Not fit for even basic aerobics
I wish i'd looked at the other reviews first. For some reason these have got detachable straps, even though i can't imagine how you'd get them on if you tried to cross them. Anyway, first time i did the class, the strap pinged undone. Second time with the other one from the pack, i felt pain, and found that the slider had completely bent and dug into my back. I bent it back and persisted, but on the third time of wearing it snapped off. These are not cheap and not what i would expect from M&S.
Not sure if i can take them back but will try if the store is opening again.

Faulty
I tried on the white bra, it was so comfortable and a perfect fit. I always try both bras on. The black bra when I took it off one of the strap fasteners snapped off completely and the other was bent out of place. I was about to reorder when I read the reviews and this seems to be a common problem. I've ordered a pack I've had before and am only hoping that they are as good a quality as my original sports bras. Very disappointed as the fit was fantastic. Expected more from M&S. Have sent back for a refund.

Exercise
After visiting the bra department for a fitting I purchased these recommended bras for the type of exercise that I do. I have now had to return both sets of sports bras after only wearing them once. This will be the second pair that i have had to return within 2 weeks after wearing for the first time. In both instances the clip holding the strap opened out, so the strap came away. It was very difficult on Monday at my gym class, as the strap broke within 5 mins!
I will not buy these bras again.

Extra high impact bra
I bought this bra because in the photo it was shown as a cross back style. When it came, it was in the 'normal' bra position, however, the straps were adjustable so I undid them and reattached them in the cross position however, the bra was then impossible to put on without someone to do up the clasp at the back and readjust the length of the straps. Basically it is impossible to put on in the cross back position. Also, when worn in the 'normal' bra position, the white version fitted perfectly but the black version cups were way too big. Both were a size 36A which I have bought loads of times before from M and S and normally fits me. So I was really disappointed with these bras and felt mislead by the photos. I returned them.

A high impact bra with plastic catches that break
I tried this bra on once and the plastic hooks that connect the straps to the bra firstly slides off. Then when I tightened the strap a little the plastic snapped.
Poorly planned/made and clearly not for high impact anything.
I expected much better quality.
