2 Pack Lambswool Rich Socks is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 94.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long Leg Socks I know that long socks are not the most trendy product in todays world, but to me they are just perfect. I have looked high and low to find these socks because very few companies keep them anymore. But I must say in the winter months or if you are wearing wellington boots regularly, these are wonderful and they do not slip down into my boots every ten minutes as the short socks do. My legs and feet are kept lovely and warm and dry with no drafts. I highly recomend them to anyone, and who cares if they are trendy or not, cumfort is my priority. I bought 12 pairs and gave six to my Dad and he also thinks they are marvelous. Rgds Higgy12

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lambswool Blend Long Socks I have been wearing this style sock for the last 15 years and been very happy with the length, warmth, fit etc. Recently I bought some more of these and found they are more than more than two inches/ 5 cm shorter and a much smaller size, even after trying the next size up they are still too small. My feet are size 8 1/2 and the next size up is 10-12.THey come half way up my calf and I am only 5 ft 9"tall I also had an old label and found the old ones are made in United Arab Emrates and the new ones are made in Bangladesh. old ones style T10/08372/8039 new style T10/02674/8039 I am very disappointed and would have expected a higher standard from Marks and Spencers. They are too short and too small

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice sock - a bit too short I've been looking around for some knee-length socks for some time, and found these, along with others at M&S. As well as a couple of pairs of these, I also bought 2 pairs of "Freshfeet™ Long Socks with Silver Technology", which were £1.50 cheaper. These socks are definitely a better quality and a little thicker. BUT, they are also a little smaller. The foot portion only just fits my feet (and I am only a 10.5 shoe size), and they don't quite get to the top of my calves, which means they are more likely to fall down! I must reserve final judgement till I've worn both types for a while, but at present the others seem better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from extremely poor value I purchased these socks on-line as I suffer from poor circulation and have cold legs and feet. Sadly they were a disaster. The size was nothing near what I ordered. I ordered size 6 to 7&1/2 but they would have fitted my son who takes size 13 (adult) The heel insert was very badly attached and left a large ridge across the heel causing a lot of pain when walking. One pair separated at the heel area wheh the seam opened up after only 1 week. They went in the bin. I would not advise anyone to buy these socks in the future. This is extremely poor quality goods from M&S.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mens (long) socks For men with well developed calves, socks of medium or shorter lengths tend to work their way down to the narrowest point at the ankle. Bunched elasticated material not only restricts circulation and can cause puffiness but also looks scruffy. This 'long' sock secures itself 'above the bulk of the muscle, the wide mildly elasticated top holds the sock in place and there is little movement or discomfort from excess pressure. This length always used to be on general sale ~ I used to buy them ! Pity they are not available off the shelf nowadays. Havn't seen them for about 8 years and non are better than the M&S range. I've tried most of the other brands and have a drawer full of tried and 'reserve for the next charity bag' to prove it ! !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top Sox My other half has been buying these for years. We have tried others when these are out of stock, but they're just no good. It's great they come in a range of sizes. My bloke has long, tall feet (a very high instep), and occasional circulation problems so sometimes puffy legs. He certainly doesn't want a battle to get into his socks of a morning, or any "strangulation" from over-tight sock tops.. But it's not just about comfort. Who wants to see a band of hairy flesh when a gentleman crosses his legs? So these longer length socks that stay up are just the job. And because they are wool, they breath and are comfy to wear. Combined with the synthetic element, they have a good long life. Only going thin after many many months of hard wear and pounding in the washing machine, If only they did red ones!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing I recently bought (and returned) several pairs of these socks. They were made in Bangladesh and are thinner, shorter than hitherto and not shaped or fashioned in the usual way: just made straight like a sleeve, with a blip at the heel, and no attempt to follow the bend of the ankle. I returned them for credit. By contrast some standard length Lambswool Blend socks bought at the same time gave me no cause for complaint: they were made in the UAE.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lambswool rich long black mens socks Such a let down for these popular socks. I've always bought these for my husband in the past with no problem. This year though they are a disappointment to say the least. Material very thin, just about reach knee height, but worst of all is the sizing and seams. They just about fit my size 6 foot when the socks are destined for an 8 to 9 .5!!! They have now been thrown away and will source a better quality sock from elsewhere in future.
