If your wish is to send a lovely bunch of flowers I would suggest you choose a flower gift consisting of flowers alone. While the flowers themselves were pretty and of good quality, I feel more than half the cost was for the balloon and the soft toy. I wish now I'd just bought flowers in store. A bunch costing about £15 would have more flowers than in this gift.

I really think that the £40 I spent on this was a little excessive for what My Grandaughter received. The flowers did not look very fresh and the little rabbit although very sweet certainly didn't make up for the poor quality of the bouquet. As we visited her on the day the flowers were delivered we saw for ourselves that they were definitely not fresh. I wish I had taken her a bunch of flowers I had chosen myself.

Ordered for 1st August when my daughter came home from hospital. The bouquet was delivered at 20:45pm although at the Reading depot at 11:26am! I saw the flowers on the 4th August and was disgusted with the quality of wilted roses and amount of flowers in the bouquet. I wish I had bought flowers from the store as would have had twice the amount. The balloon was a nice touch and the rabbit just the right size. Overall would not purchase again from M&S ONLINE
