Irish Linen Midaxi Tiered Dress

Such a lovely dress but the cut meant that it was too tight across my hips and bottom. I have ordered a larger size to see if that will make it work but it may then be too big on the top. The quality is good and the linen is much heavier than I expected with a side zip so that it keeps it shape.

Simple and stylish made from a soft linen which drapes well. Sizing comes up small so go up a size. Strange when compared to M & S products made from same linen sold last year which were true to size rather than coming up small. M & S sizing does seem to be unreliable this year. Sizing issue is the reason why I only gave this product 4 stars.

Didn’t suit my figure, this dress would suit a tall person

This is a gorgeous dress but if you have broad shoulders and a bit stocky up top like me it is to tight. The only way I can wear this dress is if I wear it the other way round with the button open at the front. Lovely dress just needs to be a bit more loose up top.

This dress is not a loose style as indicated by the model. I ordered my usual size and it was extremely small. I think I would need to go up at least one, if not two sizes to get the look I wanted.

Beautiful linen cloth but I'm returning because it does not fit. But this is not just a question of sizing - this is very poor tailoring and make-up. What a shame that M & S is not exercising quality control having invested in wonderful British fabric
