Zipped Through Swim Shorts

I bought these a few days ago, together with a v neck T shirt

Brilliant bought 3 pairs. 2 for me classic style easily just ware as shorts

Quite tight fitting with near Speedo sizing. The strange plasticity material has no give so not really suitable for swimming, they would be just too constricting. I'm not sure about the zipper fly opening on shorts so tight where stuff can get caught there. They do look good and it's a very cool retro look but buy a size up and expect to lounge around the pool side bar rather than the pool.

Fits well. Elasticated waist and adjustable press studs provide flexibility of fit and better piece of mind than trunks with only a lace on the waist. Front fly an excellent feature not often foundvon swimwear

They are a nice material if a little short. Could be improved with a small pocket for eg keys and especially a waist cord to tighten them up. The poppers at each side might be enough depending on your waist size but, in my case, it’s only just adequate.

Really pleased with these. I got the navy mix colour. They are unlike any other shorts on the market with an up to date retro feel about them, with zip fly, side pockets and a zipped back pocket. More tailored than the usual. Reviews say they are tight. Didn't find this except when swimming breast stroke, You have to hitch them up a little to be able to kick out. Not really a problem.

Easy to select and order and quick delivery to my home

Not sure what M&S had in mind when they designed these shorts, perhaps men with gigantic thighs. It seems only on main land Europe, Italy in particular, do they have shorts suitable for the skinnier to average man. Come on M&S please widen your scope but reduce the size of the leg openings.
