Yoga Block

This really helps me with my yoga positions. It’s lovely and thick and firm.

My fault probably but looking at the picture I thought these were the blocks for sitting on to do yoga. They are not. However that said my hand blocks were well used so I will use these and glad I bought 2. Please M&S can you get the larger rectangular blocks for sitting on?

This is just what I needed for my yoga practice, good size and very comfy if using it to sit on.

Great item to have in your gym repertoire. Very useful tool if you do lots of yoga. Great price.

I needed a block for some Pilates exercises and was delighted to see that M & S were including one in the Good Move range. I am very pleased with it. The surface is quite soft although the block is, of course hard. I have seen one or two blocks that have a very coarse surface so this one is to be recommended.
