Unisex V Neck Sweatshirt (2-16 Yrs)

Very warm and soft, Granddaughter loves them,I like M&S clothes so thought I would try the sweatshirts as my Granddaughter needed new jumpers

I was so pleased to find that these and all other M&S uniform start in 2-3yrs. These are a lovely fit on my slim boy and we didn’t need to size up as suggested in some previous reviews. Again, as with the other uniform items I bought these were more expensive than other retailers but don’t mind paying extra to get the right fit.

I bought this as part of my son’s school uniform. Sadly it came up too small for the advertised size and was too light in colour. His school uniform is a darker shade of purple. I can’t comment on how well it washes etc as I returned the item. If it wasn’t intended to be part of the uniform I may well have returned and purchased a larger size. I estimate I would need a size 2 years older than I originally bought, especially to allow for growing room.

This garment is very small fitting compared other items of the same size eg school polo shirts. If buying choose at least 1 size larger than normal or 2 sizes larger if you want a loose fit.

My son was over the moon when he first put his new jumper on for school. However, I didn’t wash them beforehand and when he got home, his white polo shirt (underneath) was absolutely COVERED in red fluff! He said he was too embarrassed to take his jumper off so was hot all day. They seem fine after a wash - so I’d recommend that you wash before wearing!

I thought these would be a good alternative to the school sweatshirt, and I liked the v neck Bought two last year for a tall 6 year old aged 7-8, and they are hard to take off ( he’s slim) So I bought the 9-10 , it’s a little bigger, it has panels at the side, so there is some style to it, and they are a better colour, and wash better than a local supermarket equivalent. However, they are still difficult to take off, and are very narrow. Considering there is quite a large polo shirt under there, and a vest, there needs to be more room in the body. It would make it easier to take off. To be honest, I could have gone larger than the 9-10 size ( he is tall and slim) but I’ve resorted to buying two more school ones, which are a wider fit, and easier to get off.

I bought 6-7 yrs sweatshirt for my 4 yr old. Its a perfect fit for him.

Bought four of these for my two sons and they’re really awful on the inside lining. The volume of fluff that has come out on their polo shirts and white shirts is unbelievable. Contemplating on sending these back.

Very nice sweatshirt, but too small. I bought a larger number because I read the reviews, but still, it was small for my slim son.
