Textured Tweed Coat

It’s been quite a while since I’ve bought myself a smart coat but it was my husband who saw this coat in a poster in Ayr shop and I really liked it, unfortunately it wasn’t in stock in Ayr and the very next day I got offer of 20% off and I sent for it right away so really delighted with it.

Love this jacket. Just warm enough to wear for the spring. It will be lovely to either dress up or wear over jeans.

Saw this on a poster in store but unfortunately when I had the 20% sparks offer they didn’t have it so ordered on-line. It’s light weight and hangs beautifully fastened by hooks and eyes that are hidden looks formal with black trousers and casual with jeans can’t wait to wear it

This coat looks tempting on the hanger and has lots of immediate appeal - the style, the colour... I tried it on in store and now for consideration at home. It’s marginally big and there then seems slightly loose material especially around the shoulders/arms. The hooks, should you wish to use them to do up the front rather than have it loose, are far far too small! A distinct disadvantage. Lots of appeal and stylish for sure but the detail needs consideration.

The black and white check looks classy but sadly this jacket isn't for me. It is difficult to fasten and stay closed and it looks a bit too boxy if left open. The material is also rather thin for the price.
