Linen Rich Patch Pocket Shift Dress

The dress looks far better in reality than actually does online. I think the colour is possibly a little darker than the online impression. I purchased it with a view to putting a dye to change Colour. Don’t doesn’t wash very well so there needs to be used but still looks good definitely recommend. Come on come on marks more clothes in that style on those sizes. Last year there were some lovely Curves dresses tops trousers and jumpers where have they gone Marks?

Have bought other dresses of this style but this one was very tight across the chest - not flattering. Unfortunately returned.

This style is not true to size - it comes up very small indeed and if you are over 1.8m tall it's far too short. I ordered two to test the sizing and the first one arrived on its own looking as if the dog had slept on it - terribly creased and disreputable-looking! I expect better from M&S logistics really. It's good value at the sale price if you can get one to fit you properly as I think it would be quite versatile, however both of mine went back. Pity but there it is...

Thought the design was great, but the fabric was awful. I love linen, but this fabric was a mixture and was not very nice. Arrived very creased, if the fabric had been better quality I could have put up with it. I bought a size larger for a loose fit and it was good. But sorry M&S had to return it.

Really pleased with this item. Only reason I did not tick 5 for fit is that it feels very slightly tight across the back of shoulders, although if the fit on top of shoulders was any larger it would drop down. Have not washed it yet. After one wearing it did not hardly crease and I will press and wear again.

The oatmeal colour of this dress is really nice, and the linen-type material feels cool and quite soft. However, the dress is a weird shape (or lack of shape) with huge shoulders (which women are shaped like Mike Tyson?) and hangs oddly and completely formlessly. Not at all flattering, I'm afraid, and sent back. Sorry.

I like this dress. It's easy to wear when the weather is hot, perfect for dressing up or down, and good value for money. I am very pleased with my purchase.
