... even though I have a pair of M&S jeans in the same size. Perhaps jeans and chinos are sized differently?

Bought these slim fit chinos for my husband as I am always looking for good fitting trousers for his shape, and I think I may have found them. He is a 38" waist and nearly all his jeans and chinos have been incredibly baggy around the bottom and thighs. Slim fit is obviously the fit for him. The older man does seem to have thin thighs and bottom, but at last I think I have cracked it. It's got to be Slim Fit for him now.

My husband saw these in the sale and having an eye for a bargain asked me to send for them. They are a perfect fit and he is very impressed with them.

I have bought trousers from M & S for many years. Most of these are 42 waist and 33 length - including some slim fit Some have been 44 waist when I wanted a really loose fit. When I ordered these two pairs of 46 waist slim fit trousers I expected them to be a nice comfortable fit. I collected them and thought they looked and felt great. However, I could hardly get them on and certainly could not get the waist to join Needless to say they were returned.

These chunks fit me perfectly, being 6'4".tall.
