My daughter is 8 and still wears nappies and is tube fed .. these vests are perfect and very reasonably priced for great quality .. just a shame you can only purchase online

These are amazing for my autistic girl who likes to take her nappy off. I have searched the internet for months for larger sizes but to no avail. So pleased that this range goes up to teenage sizes and excellent value for money, BIG well done to M&S xxx

Have purchased these for my granddaughter in the past and they are an ideal product which provides easy access for feeding. They are much cheaper than other brands but serve the same purpose. Well done M&S for bringing out the easy dressing range.

This is perfect for a child who tends to take their nappy off during the night time. If you put it on backwards they may not be able to undo the poppers

I was looking for something that could secure the PEG tube of my son, he is now 4years old and can get a good grip of the PEG tube that made me worried all the time. I used to buy bodysuits for him till 2 years, as we cant get bigger size, so I started trying normal boy vests. Although they didnt serve the purpose for me. Big thanks to M&S for making these vests with poppers on tummy instead of at the bottom. Made my life so easy, I can give my son feeds through PEG so easily without undressing him. Lastly the tube is safe and secure in the vest not dangling here & there. Great quality & fit, superb product.

Brilliant! Can get to my daughter's gastrostomy easily, without causing her discomfort. The way it goes on is brilliant too. Perfect. Only issues I have had is their popularity made it difficult to buy- worth the wait!

This body suit I ordered for my special needs daughter is good quality, but there too many buttons and a special needs child who don't understand getting her to be still while fastening the buttons is a mission especially when you are in a rush.
