Pure Linen Striped Shirt

The "New and Improved Fit" is useless as having always purchased a medium I found this too tight for a casual shirt and the large is too large on the shoulders and sleeve length.

Bought as a gift for my husband for our next holiday, the fit was perfect and the fabric is great for the price.

Generally good. Pale colour very attractive. A little on the large size, but better if hanging outside jeans

Like quite a few other reviewers I was disappointed with the "new and improved fit". M&S small shirt size (which used to be a perfect fit) is now too small and the medium to too large. Quality and style all good but sadly no good if it doesn't fit. Disappointed.

Stocking up on linen shirts for the Summer Hols I selected four shirts. Two boasted "Our new and improved fit". Clearly something to be approached with some trepidation! I was right to be worried. I tend to find linen shirts always come up a bit short across the back but these were far too tight. I'm 5'9" with a 42" chest and ordered a size Large. An XL would have been far too large but I couldn't arch my shoulders forward and extend my arms in this shirt. Returned. The Navy and Light Blue "Pure Linen Shirt with Pocket" I kept.

Good quality shirt. Ideal for holidays in the sun
