Read some fo the reviews and purchased in 2 different sizes in the sale, and glad I did – I found this to be on the small side. As one would expect with linen, it creases easily, but it's cool and casual and so perfect for summer. Real bonus purchasing it as £12.

This is a really good quality linen shirt, perfect for the summer and good value.

I have got one of the tops in a mauve colour and decided to get one in white with a strip as it looked very different to my previous one. I am thrilled with it. It has the same sizing and is cool, and smart and is very comfortable on hot days. Very good value.

I'm a size 18/20 and wanted a large oversized summery shirt so ordered a 24 and boy am I glad it's not that much bigger!! Also still slightly tight over the girls but still a great shirt perfect for summer!

Usually get a couple of linen shirts each year and pleased to find striped and patterned options this year. Linen feels good, fit well and wash well. Exceptional value as I found this one in the sale but still good value at full price. Well done M&S a sound wardrobe staple.

I really like this shirt, it fits well and looks smart but casual. I haven't washed it yet so can't comment on how well it washes but it's linen so I guess may crease and need ironing, but I knew that before I bought it. I normally try on in store to make sure of sizing as I am between 18 and 20. I decided to opt for the 20 and it's a perfect fit and not too tight around the sleeves.
