Pure Linen Shirt

Fabulous linen shirt, great quality and design. I went down two sizes from my standard size 10 to a size 6 because I wanted it to be more fitted and it’s now perfect for me. No problem there then. I have to say it irritates me intensely when people moan about garments being two large, just buy a smaller size for goodness sake. Anyhow I got this lovely blouse in the sale so I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I am not sure if I was sent the right size but it was massive on me. The material was lovely but the blouse was shapeless

Fantastic quality Irish linen...but I made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. So I ordered my usual size instead of downsizing. It was huge! So very disappointed as no longer available by the time it arrived And I found out my mistake

This is not just linen, this is Irish linen: Baird McNutt fine shirting, to be precise. And with French seaming and mother of pearl buttons that do justice to a fabric of this quality. Thank you, M&S, for a return to some of the quality of the now defunct 'Best of British' range: I miss it. The style and cut are excellent, with the slightly batwing sleeve a bit startling at first, but working very well. Do size down, though, as several reviewers have advised. Underpriced at £59, a total snip at sale price!

Sized down and is a perfect fit. A very stylish shirt with lovely Baird McNutt linen. Items of this quality will tempt be back to M & S.

Sorry M&S Shirt was poor quality linen for the price Cheaper M&S shirts better design and value for money! Disappointed and returned for refund

A very nice looking comfortable blouse. Unfortunately for me, I did not like the batwing type sleeves so had to return. However would buy the same type of blouse with classic cut sleeves.

Lovely linen blouse, like the neck line and style of the sleeves. Ordered my usual size 18 but it was much too big so I exchanged it for a 16 which fits perfectly. It is on the expensive side but I guess this is for the Irish linen which has its own special label.

Lovely style shirt, I know it’s Irish linen but it was so thin it was nearly see through. Not a good look, sadly had to return.
