good value in sale but limited sizes left, very comfortable and liked

I bought this shirt as part of a birthday present for my nephew.. He was really pleased and it looked lovely on him. I bought it in the sale so even better value.

Good quality linen shirt I . bought in the sale Unfortunately I bought x/l which was too big. I should have bought large. Had to return item.

Fun, stylish and fantastic in the hot summer weather

Very pleased with both shirts, blue & beige, the length of the shirts is perfect for wearing outside of trousers or shorts. The only downside is that the shirts are a little tight across the chest which can cause a slight gap between the 2 & 3 button.

I have been buying linen shirts for my husband for the last few years. All plain. This is a new variation on a theme. Bought the blue one. New improved fit, is ideal.

Ordered online medium the colour seen on screen was a very good likeness and the fit true to size as all marks clothes are.

Total nonsense about the fit from previous reviews. I wear medium and this fits perfectly! Lovely quality linen, really cool and still looks just as good at the end of the day as it does from the start - I have now bought 2 and wear them either dressed up or down. Would thoroughly recommend.

The shirt hangs poorly after wearing twice and two washes.

having read reviews of the ''new and improved fit'' pointing out it is too small I ordered a larger size , to no avail. It is too snug around the waist and the arms are poorly cut (too snug around the wrists and biceps). Why have M&S done this ? Also after taking the shirt out of the wrapping I noticed one of the buttons was poorly sewn on. I will have to find another big and tall shop!
