Pure Linen Checked A-Line Midi Skirt

Nice fit though a little shorter than expected. Same problem as other skirts in that the waistband is too wide resulting in folding over at the front and the elasticated part at the back looks quite ugly.

I bought this in the sale and so and am very pleased with it as it is comfortable and versatile and will go with most things. I think the full price was £35 - £40 and i definitely wouldn't have wanted to pay that much for it.

The skirt hangs beautifully and is very comfortable and flattering. I probably would have preferred a thin cotton lining rather than no lining, but it will be nice and cool for summer as it is. Any creases hang out quite quickly.

Saw this skirt in M&S Malta and thought it looked good. I waited for a Sparks offer and bought in the UK. I had to buy a smaller size for a good fit on the waist - bonus is that there's less material around the hips! Think I'll enjoy wearing it when the sun returns.

The skirt was a lovely design and it fitted perfectly but the material was awful,so creased when it arrived and very see through and flimsy. Very disappointed because I thought it would be a perfect summer skirt. Needless to say it was returned!

I was looking for a cream midi-length skirt and this style appealed to me. I couldn’t find it instore so I ordered it online. I am a size 12 and it was a perfect fit, not something which is happening very much these days with M&S clothes. Although I liked the colour, off white with a stripe, and the length was ideal, unfortunately it just did not suit me. I tried it with a variety of tops but sadly decided to return it.

This is a great skirt. The fabric is not too light or too heavy; it drapes beautifully and is so comfortable to wear. I have worn mine 3 times now and received compliments each time. It does crease like all linen but because of the subtle pattern that seems to enhance the look. Well done M & S, more like this please !

Loved the style and fit but I didn’t like the material. I didn’t like the darker coloured bits in the material. It looked like it was marked in places. I know that it’s supposed to look like that but for the money I was disappointed.
