Pure Cotton Herringbone Nightshirt

I find nightshirts more comfortable than pyjamas and had not seen this item before it appeared in the 50% sale. The weight of the cotton is just right and the nightshirt has been warm on these cooler autumn nights. I would recommend even at full price.

For all of you who believe nightshirts went out of fashion with Scrooge - here's a newsflash. They are very comfortable! But also hard to find so it is great that M&S offer one and long may it continue. Practical, comfortable, great natural cotton and a good fit even for a tall guy like me (6 feet 6 inches).

This deep blue nightshirt is quite capacious at medium size and as a 10.2 stone man I might have been as well pleased with a small one. But is it comfortable, not too thick and, since fit doesn't matter in bed I am well satisfied with it.

Really light and good quality. Wish there were other colours .

I bought this nightshirt for my husband and he is really pleased with it. Material good, design good (pocket important) and it looks well on him. I was pleased with the length as his present ones are shorter and the extra length in more comfortable. I would purchase another one but only one colour on offer. M&S....more of same in different colours please!

I bought two of these men's nightshirts as the women's nightshirts I tried were very, very short at the front! These are longer and more comfortable. I did cut and sew the sleeves short though. Why can't M&S make women's nightshirts longer too? More colours would be good though, dark blue is a bit predictable and dull even for the men. They will be saved for winter though as the fabric is a bit heavy. I would recommend to some friends as they too are tall and fed up of short, silly nightshirts and lack of choice if you want woven cotton fabric.

It's my first purchase of a nightshirt and I'm very pleased with it. Much more comfortable in the recent hot weather than tee shirt and shorts. Seems to be good quality.

Fine for winter but needed for summer. Not really described as summer wear
