Pure Cotton Striped Slip Midi Dress

I love this dress nice and light just throw it on for a casual look or is your slim, dress it up with a belt. I got it on sale so good value for what I paid. Can see myself wearing it a lot in this beautiful weather.

Im a regular size 16 , but on reading other reviews decided to go down a couple of sizes & ordered a size 12. still this dress was absolutely huge ,shame as the material & colour were nice. Had to return.

I spotted this as an online only style, and as the price was reasonable I chanced it and am really pleased with it! It is comfortable and cool and the neck detail at the back gives it a little extra oomph. It can be worn both day and evening, and am looking forward to taking it on hols! Would have probably bought another in a different colour/print similar weight cotton I like it that much.

I loved the colours, I loved the length however when I put it on it did nothing at all for me The fit is just big, it would be ideal for a pregnant lady as there is loads of room. Unfortunately returning

I am normally a size 16, but after reading the reviews for this dress I ordered it in a size 14. The dress was still enormous so I returned it and re-ordered in a size 12 as I really liked the dress. The size 12 was a perfect fit. I know that I am a good size 16, with new shorts ordered in a size 18, so for this dress to be a good fit as a size 12 is just ridiculous! M&S, you really need to review your sizes.

I purchased this dress with the comments of other reviewers in mind, opting for a 12 rather than a 14. I'd agree with the views expressed. It is roomy but the style lends itself to that. I love this dress. Will be pairing it with a little cardi and a pair of espadrilles once the weather improves. Very pleased with it.

I don't think the photo of the model for this product does the dress any justice! I almost removed this from my basket but I'm so glad I didnt- out of many dresses this is the only one I eventually kept. It is very big for its size so I took a size 6 (I am normally a size 8) which is still very baggy! Great if you like roomy dresses and it still looks pretty then. If you want it to look more feminine, add a waist belt, and wear it with some flat sandals and voilà, a super flattering summer dress!! High quality fabric, nicely sewn, love the overal style..and the little tie with tassels at the back is very cute. Definitely recommend it!

Super floaty summer dress ideal for wafting around in at home or abroad in warmer climates. I'll be ordering another I like it so much. Would be great if M&S would consider this in a red and white stripe too. It is a VERY LARGE fit. I had to drop two dress sizes to get the right size. Apart from this, it's great.

I bought this for my mother who is in a care home and she just loves it and the quality is superb.
