Pure Cotton Shirt Beach Dress

Bought this for when I holiday again...Just right as smart,easy to wear and good value.

Only just purchased this so not used yet. Fits ok , but wouldn’t say it’s over generous.

Bought 3 in the summer and use them as nightshirts,the red one will be worn with tartan p.j's for Xmas eve final prep for the big day

The colour is drab but a good fit ,had to return it

I order one size 14 in the blue chambray, one size 12 in red and a size 14 in red because I read that the dress was a bit snugly fitting and I will wear this as a beach coverup. I decided I preferred the red The but discovered that the white interfacing had been left on where the tabs which fastened up the sleeves were attached. I tried to remove it but it still showed and was quite obvious. That was the size 12. I decided that I preferred the size 14 anyway but then discovered that one of the sleeve tabs did not have a buttonhole so it wasn’t possible to fasten the sleeve up. Consequently I returned them all and re-ordered the red size 14 which is fine. By the way, a number of reviewers mentioned the sleeves being tight when rolled up. I solved this by just unfastening the buttons at the cuff. The shirt came with the cuffs buttoned and the sleeves already rolled so maybe they hadn’t realised.

I bought this for a holiday (COVID restrictions permitting) in December. Looks good on although the sleeves are a bit tight when folded up.

Although we're headed into winter, because I work from home and my flat is always very warm, this beach dress is perfect workwear. Light, airy, comfy, and a brilliant colour [mine is bright, bright red].

Bought the green in the spring, very happy with it as nightwear, so chose the white, also good. the cotton is lovely, soft and light, and the length suits .

Purchased as a throw on for the beach, very thin, sleeves very narrow for my chunky arms. Will do the job but my guess is it will be in the bin before I fly home.

This is the perfect beach cover up. It's simple and classic and looks really nice over any swimming costume. The fabric is thin and a little sheer, so I wouldn't wear it around town, but for the beach/pool it's perfect.
