Good casual fitting summer shirt

Having previously had many of Shirts from M&S size 'L' I was extremely disappointed with this purchase as for some reason the fit was far too small for and the alleged new 'fit for comfort' this needs a serious adjustment ? In the future I am now not sure what size to purchase without actually going in to one of your Shops and trying on a number it will probably mean an XL or possibly even an XXL. I noticed today in your local store their was at least 20 of these in the Sale all size 'S' ?? Apart from the size problem it was an excellent value shirt.

Purchased for my husband .On appearances alone this shirt is bright & smart & quite in trend with the small print. Unfortunately the fit of the shirt does not match the initial appearance. The body of the shirt fits well however the arms are extremely neat causing tension accross the shoulders & back which causes stress on the seams & is uncomfortable to wear. If you are just looking at it great but if you are wearing it not so great !

Great smart comfortable shirt

My husband was very pleased with this shirt I bought hike. Goid value for money. Fits well, decent quality and nice subtle pattern.

Something went drastically wrong with the design of this shirt. It is labelled as ‘New and improved fit’....... Well, it’s not, unless you intend to wear it with your arms strapped to your sides. If you attempt to reach out to pick up something, you discover that your movements are severely restricted by the strange cut of the back/shoulder area. Unfortunately, my partner only discovered this design fault when he wore it on holiday.

Chest is L, tight across shoulders and sleeves. Disappointed as fabric/pattern is fine Would return, but don't have packaging

A really nice shirt but it's the new and improved fit and like many other reviewers I find it a bit too small. I wish M&S would make shirts in both their new and improved fit but also in relaxed fit.
