Pure Cotton Longline Trench

No issues at all with quality and style; good value for money but the colour (Sandstone) turned out to be a pretty standard beige, not the lovely warm colour depicted on the website. Such a shame.

This is the perfect mac and I'm very pleased with it. I ordered a size 8 and was concerned it might be too small for me if I wore a chunky sweater underneath it but it is actually quite big on me. If there was a smaller size I would exchange it. It is a lovely quality though.

This coat is made of good quality material, fits nicely, is comfortable, not too expensive and looks good. Have yet to wash the coat but otherwise excellent!

This is a nice classic trench. The only style disappointment was the tie belt rather than a proper buckle which, for the price, I would expect. The sleeves were very long on me and it would have cost quite a bit to have them shortened because of the sleeve detail. That was the main reason for retuning the item.

This is a lovely coat. Good value for money and good quality which you expect from M&S. Unfortunately I have to return it as it is badly creased . Obviously been returned by someone who has tried to iron out the creases and burnt it in 2 places

Really wanted this coat but no size 10 so bought the 8 to see if it would fit. Unfortunately too tight so reluctantly had to return.

Nice trench coat, with good quality cut and fabric, but colour not for me, so will return. I was hoping for a dark honey/caramel colour, as per the majority of web images. Actual item is much lighter Sandy colour which is closest to the last website image taken in the street. True to size (bought my usual M&S 8) and I’m sure will be popular.

Excellent purchase. The material is good quality and drapes well. The length is also good. A very fair price for a smart addition to my wardrobe. I am sure it will get plenty of use. Well done M & S. More like your old self with all round quality.

Tried this trench on in-store and was just what I wanted but couldn't decide whether to go for the sandstone (not a colour I would normally go for) or blue so bought both intending to decide at home and bring one back. However, they're both lovely. Good fit (I'm 5'6" and size 10-12 but went for the 10 as I have narrow shoulders - although I won't be able to wear a thick jumper underneath) and also the quality seems good. They look just as good with a smart dress or jeans and pumps....all-in-all I have a horrible feeling that I'll end up keeping both. Just hope the blue keeps its' colour in the wash.

I ordered this in the sandstone colour. The coat is lovely - I’m 5’7” and the coat is knee length - I would have awarded 5 stars if it had been a bit longer! Handy side pockets. Nice detailing at the cuffs and it hangs nicely. The coat isn’t very heavy, so perfect for spring and autumn. Very versatile.
