Pure Cotton Ambassador Hat with Stormwear™

Have looked for a floppy hat like this for ages. This ticks all the boxes.

The hat is as described and fits well. from previous experience I purchased a small as I find medium is generally too big for me. The hat is for taking on cruise holidays ; as it will pack flat or virtually flat in my suitcase. If it is even slightly waterproof that would be a great bonus. I look forward to trying it in earnest on my next holiday.

Medium size was too big for my husband, so we ordered a small. This is a bit tight but because he likes the hat and in the hope that it will stretch with wear, we have kept it.

I purchased three of these hats for my Husband. He took the navy one to Crete and on day two the colour faded really badly and turned brown in patches. The weather was warm but it is supposed to be a sunhat! I will be returning it as it's not able to be worn again and looks awful.

Needed a wide brimmed hat for my husband to protect his neck on an upcoming holiday. This fitted the bill although we took the tie off it. Good quality with a good spf rating and it is showerproof. Very happy with purchase though was more expensive then cricket hats

Looks good and ideal for golf and general wear when it is very sunny.

I bought this to replace one that has been "in use" for many years. This one is much lighter but feels very resilient. Its stylish enough to wear out formally as well as for the allotment/ The leather type cord I removed as I don't like things dangling but it was easy to undo it.

I bought this for the coming summer season and it seems very practical. It has a wide brim to protect both your face and neck, holes to prevent the head from overheating and a chin strap to prevent the wind blowing it off ( or to hang it up). The fact that it has stormwear protection makes me think it could also prove useful if caught in a rainshower. Let's just hope we get some summer weather now!
