Polka Dot Long Sleeve Shirt Dress

Ordered this dress in sale, a little too small (size 8). Unfortunately size 10 out of stock, but colour was a lovely warm shade and dress had a great cut. Bring it back please.

Tried this on in store (16) fitted perfect upper body arms etc however was too snug around the middle section so I ordered an (18) and when I received that the arms were too tight and the zip dug into my armpit. I would have imagined it to be bigger not smaller than the 16. Shame inconsistent sizing as loved the dress sadly had to return.

Love this dress but as others have said it does come up tight and gaping on bust. I’m 5ft 11 so love the length and the splits are just right, wore it with heels got complements from hubby and friend. I almost bought it full price but by time I swithered about it it was half price. Very happy shopper.

Flattering style and great fit

I order a larger size as reviews said the bust is small and so buttons gape. The bust fitted but there was to much material everywhere else and yet you could still see where it clung to my VPL at the back. Although I am 5'7" I looked like polly long frock. Not a good look.

Looks lovely online - less so on me. Was good for size but the waist was much too high & uncomfortable as well as looking wrong. Colour was nice - not sure how badly the fabric would crease. Had to return the dress.

Loved style but much too long.

I saw this dress and tried my normal size on in my local M&S, it was a bit tight around the bust area so I did not buy it. I then read the reviews on line and most people were saying it was tight in the bust area but they had bought a size up and that was OK. I then received a Sparks offer giving 20% discount so ordered the next size up on-line as they did not have one in my M&S. The dress is OK in the next size up so I will keep it but I'm not really keen on the slits, it just makes it a bit awkward as it is not lined and you have to wear the right length slip

I ordered this dress online. The quality and pattern of the material is very nice but it looked absolutely awful on me and I am a standard size 12. Struggle to see how this dress looks good on anyone! I am returning it.

I liked the style but Dress was extremely long (I’m 5.3) and taking it up would have taken away most of the two front slits. I also found the seam didn’t lie properly at the top even though I sized up. Perhaps the buttons weren’t in the right place? Had to return.
