Perfect fit for a broad shouldered man and a good price for Harris Tweed

This an excellent jacket. It looks and feels great to wear if you want to look smart going out and equally great if you’re just wearing jeans and being casual.

lovely colour with faint blue and brown check. This was the second jacket i ordered as the first had different shoulder measurements(left from right) and the right shoulder looked too big. Very comfortable to wear.

I was very pleased to see this in the new M&S range, I’m getting married in a few weeks and I’ve been looking for a tweed jacket with these colours for the past year. The jacket itself is great - the material is heavy and warm and the jacket seems really well put together. However, the cut of the jacket was rather disappointing. Despite what the title and description on the website say at the moment, this is *not* a tailored fit, or at least the one I received isn’t anyway! I bought this, along with another wool tailored fit jacket from M&S, and I was disappointed to find that this one was much boxier and rather too large for me, whereas the other fit perfectly. I couldn’t work out why there was so much difference between the two jackets of the same size and fit, until I noticed that both the tag & the inside label state that this is a “regular” not tailored fit. I’m going to go into the store and see if they can order the next size down for me - I’m hopeful that will be a better fit!

Superb jacket, quite heavy as it is a winter jacket made from Harris Tweed - quite a bargain and great to see real Harris Tweed on the high street. Really toasty to wear when the weather is cold and you don't want to wear a jumper. Outside pockets are functional thankfully - they are sewn up for display purposes - plus there are two inside pockets as well as a change pocket and pen pocket. I bought a 44 long and found it a good fit but maybe just a little short in the arms and length for my taste.
