Accidents happen, but fret not – here’s our handy guide to looking after your sofa’s fabric, year after year
Vacuum frequently with a soft brush attachment, and rotate cushions. Fabric covers are not designed to be removed for washing or dry cleaning. For spots and spillages, clean immediately by soaking up liquid with a clean dry cloth or kitchen towel. If using a dry foam or liquid upholstery cleaner, always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, working from the outside of the stain to minimise ring marking. For a deeper clean of all parts, use a professional cleaning service.
All the wool we use for our upholstery is sourced in accordance with our industry-leading animal welfare policy, meaning you can sit comfortably with how your new sofa was made
You’re in good hands – we work with the very best frame, upholstery and quality experts in the business. Drawing on years of experience and knowledge, they painstakingly craft your sofa. Put together with skill and care, we’re proud to say our sofas are made in Britain – and built to last
All the wood we use for our sofa frames is traceable and the vast majority is FSC sourced and certified, meaning it comes from responsibly managed forests and not ancient and endangered rainforests
Did you know that some of our wood waste gets converted into charcoal? Who knows, you might find some on your next barbecue
