High Rise Ankle Straight Jeans

I’m a size 6 and was apprehensive to buying here just in case they came up big. I was proved wrong, the jeans were thick and good quality, fitted me like a dream and the best thing was I got them in the sale. Wish they came in a pure black and blue demin. Very pleased with th.

There’s are a very good value pair of cropped jeans. I’m very much looking forward to wearing them in the spring.

I’ve found jeans that fit me at last! I ordered these in ‘regular’ . I’m just over 5ft and they are the perfect length for me! Nice thick denim but quite soft and comfortable to wear. Love them! Bought in the sale too!

I bought these jeans in the sale online. I didn't notice they were what I call distressed. I prefer new clothes to look new. I also didn't like the material quite hard. Ladies of a certain age like nice soft material. These jeans were not for me and returned. Simply a purchase error.

I picked these up in the sale thinking that high rise charcoal jeans would be great. Sadly they are large in the hips, small on the waist and flare oddly at the ankle. Don’t really like the feel of the denim either. Back to the high rise jeggings I go...

It was indeed a good high rise and comfortable. The length is not really my thing but thought it would be good above new high chelsea boots but they were too wide and stuck out oddly. The clincher that made me return them was that the knees stretched but stayed stretched and I think they wouldn't look good by the end of the day...

Love these so comfy only downside no other colours.

I'm starting to steer away from skinny / clingy jeans now, they just don't do my size 16 body any favours and I end up wearing big or tunic tops to cover up and end up looking sack-like. These jeans are thicker and more stiff but still comfortable and feel like proper jeans rather than just elastic. They don't cling, are straighter in cut and practically short. I prefer this length, they look good with loafers, slippers and calf length boots or taller as it won't show a gap. Excellent quality and value - thank you M&S!

Very harsh fabric and looked as if they'd been worn and washed several times already. Didn't like the 'ankle grazer' look, even though I bought regular which I thought would be long enough. Sent them back. (Kept the Per Una ones though, they're lovely)

I bought 2 pairs of these in quick succession 4 months ago. I am 5ft tall so the length was good and on purchase they fitted well. After 2 months the first pair had stretched by 2 inches round the waist. I know because I compared them to the unworn pair. The first pair was unwearable because they kept sliding down. I returned them but am giving the style another try in the hope that they won’t stretch so much.
