Nice meduim sports bra, have been buying these for years now but something has changed in either the design or material ?? they are comfortable but they do not have the same amount of support (I know this is only medium support) but in considering that the ones I had previously bought have much better support it is ashame, would suggest if you have a big bust don't go jogging in with this bra, maybe save it for yoga or tai chi.

Bought to use when I have wrist in plaster and can’t do normal bra up but will not be able to use it as it is almost impossible to get on with 2 hands let alone 1.

Find this style really useful and comfortable for weightlifting and pilates, not so good for bouncy exercise. I’ve had my old ones for a while and agree that a bigger size than usual is needed.

Well these only seem to get better and better. Latest sizing (note there is massive size variance between colours..) is such that coupled with the almost seamless softness, I can barely tell I’m wearing a bra! Support wise I’m not sure I’d do much more than yoga/pilates, lounging and sleeping, but that does it fine for me - I have other firmer bras for bouncier activities like cycling and running. Already have an handful these, various colours. About to go for a few more…

Was ok, I wouldn't be able to use it for much sport though as i didn't feel it offered much support, more just pushed them both together rather than held them up. Is ok for around the house on the working from home days though.

This bra is great, especially considering it isn’t a structured bra with wires. It’s very supportive and holds everything firmly in place. I saw someone mention the label being an issue, but it’s only attached with one tiny stitch on each side so it’s really easy to remove if you want to. It’s so good I ended up buying another. I actually wear it due to severe perimenopause breast pain rather than for sport, and it's been a lifesaver. It keeps everything snug with no movement, which has made a huge difference to the pain. Comfortable and very supportive.

I have a few of these crop tops in different colours & think they are great value. I’m size 32E & medium is perfect. They’re good quality, very comfortable to wear & wash well/ keep their shape. Definitely medium support so I’d say unsuitable for high impact exercise. I use for yoga sessions, around the home or for days when I want more comfort over a regular bra.
