Luxury Panama Hat Made by Christys’

This was the second Panama I purchased after leaving my first one which I loved at the airport last year! I’ve just returned it, a very different product with the same price tag, quality not the same, delivered in a box too small the brim was wavy and out of shape and it looked cheap and much thinner. Such a shame, the second purchase I’ve made at M&S this year, and both returned.

I have been buying this style for a number of years from M&S and this is the worst quality one I have ever bought from them. Its just about okay but I expect more than just OK from M&S at this price.

Been buying this hat for a number of years - one every two years or so. Until now I've been really happy with it, fine grass, well made, very comfortable. The latest version of the product feels like it's made of hay; rough, coarse and poorly fitting. Not the same product at all, very disappointing.

This was just what my husband had been looking for a, navy Panamar .I measured his head 24". Checked your size chart, ordered 1 large and 1 extra large, to see which one fitted. Both were to small !! Also where the brim was turned under it had lost the colour. For the price poor quality and fit not up to M&S usual high standard. Very disappointing.

This hat is very stylish and would great with jeans and a t shirt or a smart shirt. Would highly recommend although I do think it is a bit expensive.

Can’t understand previous reviews. My hat is just perfect. Excellent quality, fit, colour and real Ecuador palm straw have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone. First class product

Dreadful quality of hat it had been also packed in a box that was too small so hat was bashed hat was also very small made

This Panama hat is nothing like the real thing. I ordered the one with the bronze band. The hat is very yellow ish and it is as stiff as a outdoor broom. This is not one of those soft foldable panamas from Ecuador made of palm. This one looks and feels as if it’s made of straw. Returned it immediately. Usually buy one every year from M & S but this will be my last. Too big as well. The only Panamanian about this hat was the shape.
