Button Detailed Shirt

This is a nice shirt in a lovely colour but just not for me. It wasn’t smart enough for a special occasion just ok for casual wear.

I have put the 'True to size ' gauge in the middle because the sizing itself was ok - very wide on the shoulders but the rest fit fairly well The problem seemed to me to be the cut: bust darts too low, the very wide shoulders, and a general strange bagginess around the bust (I'm a DD cup) even though I had ordered my usual size. so - beautiful light teal colour, lovely silky fabric that would have hung well but I returned it today as it just did not look right - on me, anyway.

Beautiful blouse, but the cut on this blouse was bad, the bottom wasn’t level which made the buttons seem to be sloping.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SHIRT, COLOUR FABULOUS, MATERIAL BEAUTIFUL, QUALITY EXCELLENT SO WHY THEN M&S DOES IT NOT COME IN A SIZE 24, it’s not oversized, I kept the 22 but would have loved a looser fit! Would love to know 2hy there’s no size 24 please.

A stylishly-cut blouse in a beautiful colour. It hangs very nicely, skimming one's lumps and bumps. It does come up a touch big. I am tall and wide-shouldered so it works for me. But I imagine if you are short and more petite, that could be a problem.

I took the advice of other reviewers and went down a size and purchased a size 12 and still had ample room in garment. The blouse is quite long in length so another thing to take into consideration for shorter ladies. I am 5ft 4ins and with heels happy to wear it. Beautiful rich emerald green and not a crease in sight even after being packed in a suitcase and left overnight for a weekend away. Quality rich satin look fabric. My only disappointment is the white buttons which cheapen the look and I will replace.

Mixed reviews on here, but I bought this blouse yesterday and think it’s lovely. The colour is beautiful. What I find annoying about m and s blouses is that in many, the collars won’t allow you to wear the blouse with a few buttons undone - you end up with an odd looking collar. This one has been made to wear effortlessly. Yes, it is on the large side, but that’s the look. My only gripe is the buttons - a bit boring for the shimmer of the blouse.

Love this shirt but size 10 was huge. Ordered size 8;and it’s a much better fit.
