Cotton Blend Striped Waisted Midi Dress

I really should have taken more notice of the few reviews that I read before ordering! When the dress arrived it was very crumpled but I wasn't surprised because it had been more-or-less crammed into a bag with some other items and the bag wasn't really big enough to accommodate all of them. I hung it up for about 2 hours then tried it on. It was difficult to get on without undoing a lot of buttons and the buttonholes were too small for the actual button. The sleeve cuffs are very tight and there is way too much material in the skirt so that it sticks out a lot (very unflattering). When I first saw it on the website the dress looked very attractive but the colour, in reality, looks faded. It reminds me of a deckchair which has been left out in the rain and then the sun has faded it!! Definitely not one to keep. A shame as I have bought a lot from M & S this year and nearly everything has been excellent.

Bought this as a last minute purchase. Not normally my style. So pleased I did. It will look good on many occasions. Having a linen mix. Very cool.

I love this dress, it looks lovely one and it's lined. Fantastic value.

I loved this dress on the model but the style did not suit my figure, the elasticated waist and full skirt emphasised my hips.

Returned very large all over not like the illustration

Have received loads of compliments when wearing this dress. The only thing I would say is that the sleeves are a little snug and I'm thinking of moving the buttons.

Bought this dress in the Sale, wasn't quite sure about it, but the fit was good and just easy to wear, the material creases but that is to be expected from cotton/linen mix. I pressed it before wear and it looked good, let's hope it's fine after washing. The midi length was good, can we have more dresses that length please M&S as getting older the legs are not what they used to be!!

For me this dress fitted perfectly. Luckily none of the issues other reviewers seem to have had. I love it and got compliments when wearing. I was lucky to get it in the sale too. Plus it’s lined. Super lightweight perfect for a warm day. It looks awful on the hanger, but great on.

Very flattering style But the sizing was very wrong I am a standard 12 in Marks & Spencer’s clothing but I had to return my first order for a size 10 which did fit me albeit slightly tight around the bust but I kept it as I loved the style

The dress was lovely but as I’m 5ft 2 the waist wouldn’t sit on my waist plus I ordered a size 16. Maybe if ud ordered a 14 the fit would have been better
